THORNY DEMOS HAS A “FALSE HEAD”

The thorny demon is one of the strangest lizards that our planet has. It is native to Australia and is as small as the palm of your hand.

A unique feature is its false head. That’s right, the thorny demons have a fake head, a strange button-shaped growth on the back of their neck. When they are in danger, they simply put their real heads between their front legs, leaving the predator completely confused.
